  • Tracking Pixels: We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and HubSpot tracking for marketing attribution and remarketing purposes

  • Public Website Data: When you submit a URL for grading, we analyze publicly available information from that website
  • Google PageSpeed Insights: Performance and accessibility scores for the submitted URL
  • SEMrush: Domain authority, traffic estimates, and keyword data for the submitted URL

  • To generate and deliver website grading reports and paid product outputs
  • To send transactional emails (report delivery, purchase confirmations, verification codes)

Your submission data, report data, and purchased product outputs are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (via Netlify). Data is retained indefinitely to allow you to access your reports and purchased products at any time through the dashboard. 5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Google Analytics: Website analytics
  • Meta (Facebook): Advertising pixel tracking
  • HubSpot: CRM and marketing automation
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI-generated content (copy rewrites, accessibility fixes, AI summaries) — your website URL and publicly available content may be sent to the API for processing
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Bot and fraud prevention
  • SEMrush: Domain authority, traffic, and keyword data for submitted URLs
  • Browserless: Headless browser rendering of submitted URLs for analysis — your submitted URL is sent to their API for processing
  • Neon / Netlify: Database and application hosting

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
